Prior to joining the team, she supported clients in various aspects of financial services, with a focus on member services, digital banking, and card operations. Her experience honed her ability to build trust, service accounts efficiently, and provide seamless support to customers.

As a Client Services Specialist at Abundance, Sydney plays a key role in overseeing a broad range of client-related banking functions. Her responsibilities include banking, account opening and maintenance, insurance services, and custodial relationship management. She serves as a vital liaison between clients and service teams, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a high standard of care.
